Business Technology Incubator Food and Agribusiness Chains – ITACA
ITACA, which falls under the jurisdiction of the extent, is a technology incubator with the mission to develop innovate and sustainable business in chains, through the transfer of technological and managerial expertise of the University for Business Incubator.

The Program of Service works with the analysis of production, control and management technology, meats, cereals, oils, beverages, milk, sweets, fruits, vegetables, pickles, and treating water and wastewater of food industry.
